A little bit about emotions.
Do you feel lonely, your heart hurts, you are scared and you do not know what to do? Do uncertainty concerns you, are you in despair? Darling, I feel what is happening to you, I want to say that I am by your side, holding your hand tightly. Have your relationships turned into destructive emotions? Do you feel anxious when you sleep at night? I know what is happening to you, I understand you and I am with you.
What is an emotion, where does it come from, how to deal with it? Do we know our emotions, our weaknesses (triggers), our deep convictions? Why do we sometimes get offended by a small word and sometimes remain untouched? Are we able to express our emotions in the right way or are we suffocating them?
Who is the training for?
The training is for those who are ready to work with themselves, without being afraid to look inside, to work with their emotions.
Who can’t participate?
This training is not for people who are afraid of change, lazy to spend time with themselves, for whom it is comfortable to stay in the same place, who prefer an uncertain future.
